Forged Forward Consulting was founded by Dimitri Balan, a Learning and Development leader with hands-on experience building training programs, onboarding systems, leadership development initiatives, hospitality excellence programs, and organizational performance solutions.

The company was created for growing businesses that are working hard, expanding, and still feeling the strain of unclear leadership, inconsistent training, weak accountability, or lack of structure. Many organizations do not struggle because their people are unwilling. They struggle because their people have not been given the systems, expectations, training, and leadership support needed to perform at a higher level.
